Moving 4 bichir into a 210 in a few months.

1 ornate 15 inches
1 senegal 5 inches
1 lapradei 9 inches
1 speckled 9 inches

2 big angel fish

1 fire eel.

I want a top swimmer. Also realize fire eel may get too big and need his own tank eventually. An Arowana would be ideal but too big. Any ideas for big enough fish that like the surface?

Thanks!

Can keep chalceus like Jexnell Jexnell mentioned. Some keep Apollo sharks with caution. Can also do odoe pikes and red/yellow tail cudas.

I've seen such tanks with chill Malawi peacocks/haps. They range from 6" to 24", depending on the species. IDK if it is a good idea, but they add a topdweller/middledweller with a lot of color and activity.

I have one male African Peacock in with my larger Polypterus. He became a little pushy with my Senegal Bichir.
