Feeder Fish
i was given a nice 55g tank and stand for free but when i went to pick it up the catch was i had to take the fish as well. the tank came with a 14" rtc, an oscar, and a pleco. i felt so sorry for the rtc as the tank was filthy and he is cramped. had him for for a few weeks now and i was originally going to try to sell him to someone whole could give him the proper sized home but i doubt i'll find someone in my area. so now here i am on this forum learning how to properly care for him.
i was orginally thinking about building a 6ftx3ft wood pond liner pond but then i figured why couldnt i use cinderblocks, the 16x8x8in ones. looking around on the web i had a hard time finding indoor ponds that where drystacked as i would like it to not be permanent. these are the only 2 examples i found.
and
so i'm guessing its safe to say drystacking 2 bricks high is safe but i dont believe that is deep enough. do you think 3 high would work as well or would the water pressure start to be to much?
wanted to build the pond 80"x48".
