Violet Dragon Goby with red sore on face.

Hey guys, when I turned on my tank light this morning, the larger of my two Dragon Gobys had a nasty looking red sore on his jaw. Can anyone tell me the proper protocol to help him? I've never had any issue with them and I've never had to medicate them either.

It's looking better and less angry, it's seeming to have deflated as well. It is open on the bottom. I'm not seeing anything coming out though, so I've just been keeping the tank really clean. I'm keeping my finger crossed that'll heal on it's own!
