Water change while cycling?

Hey everyone!
Now, I’ve been cycling my tank for a little bit now. And I was wondering if I should do a water change on it? I don’t know if doing a water change during the cycling would affect the cycle at all, so I just want to make sure. I know, complete newbie post, but I just want to be safe. Thank you!

No need to do the waterchange if the tank is empty, for now just let the processes do their thing

If you're doing a fishless cycle, don't bother unless the levels have gotten ridiculous.
If there are fish, do a water change to keep the fish healthy. Water changes don't have a significant impact on the cycle.
