So I’ve had him for around a month, by himself in a 29 gallon tank and he’s got this appearance about a week after I got him. He won’t eat much except for some blood worms. I’ve been doing para cleanse but hasn’t done much

Could you point out what could be wrong? Any white stringy poo?
A little thin but otherwise looks totally normal to me.

Soak some pellets with the bloodworms or a live earthworm. Can’t see much wrong with the Oscar. Some white spots from normal coloring.
