What are the signs of overfeeding?

I have been feeding my FH 20 large Thera A NLS pellet twice a meal but I only see a slight reduction in belly before the next feed. His poop looks like there is undigested pellet. He is around 5.5inches shortbody should be 5months old.

How should I proceed? Should I fast first before lowering the number of pellet? Also how to know if the number of pellet is sufficient? Any tips?

Yes skip a day or two and offer less food.

I personally wouldn't offer no more than five pellets that you described.
