So a little bit of backstory. About 2 ish months ago, I had to take in a dojo loach from a friend due to extreme curcumstances(he was going to dump them in the river, and dojo loaches are invasive in illinois) I had nowhere else to put him but my cichlid tank, and no other pet store would take him. fast forward to today, and I walk home to see the loach on its back, still breathing, and abosolutley demolished(my guess was by my convict). I'm talking no more fins, barbells gone, and scales ripped. he is in a sorry state an I need to know If I should euthanize him based on the circumstances. If I should, what would be the ideal method? I would appreciate any and all advice on the matter.

The convict was the culprit. I would nurse the dojo back to life and eat the convict.
yeah, he is quite the jerk. my GT is already starting to push back and is developing his nuchal hump. As for an uppdate on the loach, he sadly passed this morning. just wish I could have given him a better home.
