what is a Crocodile gar?

Hey, i was wondering , what on earth is a crocodile gar? Ideas anyone?

Lepisosteus platostomus x Atractosteus spatula- Crocodile gar type I
Lepisosteus platyrhincus or oculatus x Atractosteus spatula-Crocidile gar type 2-Anne

I do not know for sure, but I heard they were a mix of spotted and aligator gars.

Or like she said above, hybrid.

Two summers ago me and my friend Gary Woodwick caught a albino short nose gar
It was about 9" long we gave to a guy in Little Rock Arkansas who has a indoor pond and I never saw it again
