what these black spot?

Not sure but can be from fluke infections. Can treat with prazaipro. Should post ur water parameters and tank info. The aro in question looks a little off. Maybe just the photos or my own eyes.
 
ya the arro is a bit off, his tail is hanging down sometimes, and sometimes sit on the bottom
 
I know you say it’s my be the genes but I see it starting to have more now. And his tail always hanging down
 
used prazipro and today I saw this in the tank. how many days till I wait to dose again? it say wait 5-6 days and dose again

 
Not sure what it is in the pic. Can’t tell. Do water changes to in between and can repeat in a week.
 
Unless I'm mistaken, this fish was treated with PraziPro several months ago. Didn't you also suspect, and treat it for TB?

yes.I used prazipro last time, and I thought it have TB. now I dont know if it have TB since I saw every1 that their fish have TB always die and its 6 month and my fish didn't die yet. seems like treating with prazipro makes the fish better but I stopped after 1 month and seems like it got more black spot after not using prazipro
