Flint town!
I think a crayfish tank would be cool. Get a male and two female crayfish maybe some sort of livebearer guppy or something for the upper part of the tank. Put some hornwart or other floating mass of plants to obscure the baby fish. Crays will catch and eat some of the livebearers keeping the population down and it would be a cool tank maybe even get some baby crays.

Silver dollars are to big for more then a growout in that tank. I dont know how well the dwarf puffers would do in that combo either.
Get 10 or 12 dwarf puffers with some dwarf cories would be a cool tank too.
A lurker puffer as stated by Carter would be cool too.
