Hello,
I've noticed the past 3 days some white spots on 1 of my juvenile channa bleheri.
Current fish in the tank: 2 small kois, 2 small channa bleheri and 1 small common pleco

The tank is quite big for these guys (apprx. 200 gallons) and i've just restarted it a month ago.

It's the first time i'm seeing white spots on a fish and im not familiar with these disease (maybe ick?).

The channa is eating and behaving normally.
It's not easy to take a photo, but the half front of the fish is covered with small white dots (let's say 10-15 dots).

Any advise?

Thank you in advance for your time!

It’s tough to say anything for sure without pictures, but the description sounds like ich.
Old fashioned salt and heat is the simplest and most effective method:

I'm asking because snakeheads do not like either high temperatures or salt, so i'm wondering that i maybe stress out the fish more.
Current tank temperature 21 Celcius.

Also, the fish is still doing fine and is eating, shall I wait to see if it overcomes the disease by itself or take action?

I'm a cichlid guy, limited knowledge on snakeheads but search the site for sneak heads with ICH.
I'm old school so the few times my fish had ICH i just cranked up the heat and added salt, I've seen and heard many people use stuff like rid-x or other medications you may want to look into those
