I checked on my 6-7 inch indo tiger datnoid that I've had for a year or so now and found these weird white strings hanging from its gills. Not sure if its a parasite or an injury or something else. Could anyone let me know what it is and how to treat? It was eating fine and acting normal so not sure where this came from. Feeding the datnoid massivores which it consumes readily like a champ. I have a few photos but they are hard to get so I attached a video below to help. Also these stringy things are also on a piece of decor so idk if it came from the datnoid or the datnoid happened to swim past it and get it lodged in the gills. Thanks again!
