Just wondering if anyone has any experience with Xystichromis nuchisquamulatus and raising the fry. I've just stripped my 2nd and 3rd female in the last couple months and I'm wondering about growth rates. The parents (about 1 year old) seemed to grow slow and the first batch I stripped also seem to be growing extremely slow. The 2nd and 3rd female were stripped yesterday. The 2nd gave me about 15 free swimmers and the 3rd gave me about 20 eggs. If you've kept Xystichromis nuchisquamulatus, what kind of growth did you have?
