Never heard of a yellow belly piranha... unless you mean the pygocentrus Ternetzi if not then...
Do you mean a red belly piranha >>> if so then our sponsors have them

Thanks Greez. im thinking it could be the pygocentrus Ternetzi. now i just need to find some babies for sale. im looking for possibly 6 or 8 of them.

Good luck finding them. I have 6 red bellies and 1 black piranha. Yes, the black piranha is in a separate tank.
and opinions on the gold piranha? im looking for a species that has bright color (which the yellow belly as i heard of it had) and also i would like it to be a fairly agressive species. Any ideas of the right piranha for me. also i want 6 to 8 of them if this limits my options any.
blacks are suposed to be the most agresive as for collor i like the rbps but a gold gets bigger and from what iv seen they have nice color dont know if ya can keep more than one tho rpb wuld do great in a group of the size ya want.
