Your thoughts on this tank??? Good or Bad ???

Hey, so i saw this tank on Amazon and have never heard of this top filter system. It comes with everything tank, stand, and top with lights and filter system built in. What are your thoughts about it? And does anyone know if i can spend the same for a better tank for the same price from somewhere else, maybe build a larger system. Thanks.

Pretty sure you can get a better deal than that, especially if you shop used. I definitely recommend, if you're ready to spend $1,700, you go see what's available at your local fish stores, and what's available on ebay/craigslist. Amazon is usually the best deal on stuff, but I think in this case, you might be able to find a better deal. (I paid $250 for a 135G aquarium with built in overflow, sump (including pump) stand, canopy, substrate... Everything except water and fish).

Others may disagree, I say that (even at such a steep "discount"), is overpriced.

Second of all, those dimensions (72"x24"x33.5") equals 250 gallons, not 200.

Makes me trust them even less. But, if its legit, $1,399 might not be bad.

Glasscages.com, you can get a 240-6 tall (72"x24"x31") for $1,022, retail.

It all comes down to how good that filtration unit is.
