Zombie Plecos

So, my L-52 had some strange bump/gash/burn/thing on his head. No idea how he got it, only thing I can think of is he burned himself on the heater.. Now, yesterday I did a water change. Added a little extra salt hoping to help him heal.

Now, I am sure most of you are aware of the guy in Miami who ate the other dudes face.

Well, last night while I was playing Battlefield 3, I looked over to see 2 of my BNs eating my L-52...

What if that salt.... was really bath salts and my Bristlenoses have turned into zombies O_O

L-52 died. Kinda upset cuz that fish went through hell and back only to be taken out by plecos half his size. Is that normal? Would they attack another pleco like that or do you think the Butterfly had died before they started eating them?

Hmm that's odd sorry for ur loss!!!

Either the bn were very hungry or I have no idea... lol funny story tho

Every time you say salt isn't recommended for plecos I come right behind you and say plecos are fine with salt, but you jusy keep saying it. Salt is fine to use with plecos!

Not to streal your thunder, but that guy wasn't a zombie or on bath salts...sorry for your loss though

@eyal8a, I want MW3, but I just bought Skyrim. Which is BA btw.

As for everything else. I did a water change yesterday and he was fine. 1am rolls around hes dead. Not really sure why. I do keep my plecos well fed, so I dont think it was starvation. I think it had something to do with that thing in his back.

My bad, must have you confused with some one else, not trying to be rude...just helping to elaborate. I have used salt on and off with 30+ species of plecos and never had an issue.

Alright guys lets not start a flame war here. If you have beef with eachother take it to Private messaging please.
