I don't have CO2 or I don't dose anything so I want Only low tech plants.

How about the clump(green leaves)? Is that bacopa?

You look to have spiral vallis, crypts (of differing sorts), Amazon sword of a variety and the other is a bit blurred to tell but looks more like a form of hygrophilia rather than bacopa but a clearer picture would help.

will they survive in low tech - yes- will they fill your tank and need trimming, no, probably not.

Do you think a hydrophilia can grow in a low tech tank? How about the Amazon sword? I have soft water but low light

All are fairly “simple” plants with regards to requirements to survive and hold their own. Hygrophilia likes good light to do really well, and the sword likes good root nutrients to do really well. Others can advise maybe better than I.
