Just wondering really, surely if the small fishes are fast enough the flowerhorn would let be?.

I only ask because I use to have a reef tank with lionfish and frogfish and sixline wrasse
The frogfish ate all the lionfish even though they were bigger...but the sixline was way too fast and crafty .

In the end the frogfish died from eating a lionfish no 4...must have got spiked

Yeh, had a crayfish which lived under wood and rocks successfully with my flowerhorn I just had to put food under the wood for it so it didn’t have to come out during the day

It would depend on the aquarium size and specie of the fish. No guarantee the flowerhorn won't pick some off though.

It's always a success for the big fish...eventually...
