ATF species max growth 10"

Hydrocynus tanzaniae anybody ever heard of this species or have pics? It's in the same family, order, and class as the ATF. it's quite intriguing because the reported max size is only 24.7cm. It'd be great to know that it's possible to find a ATF that stays under 10 inches.
