I have a Carettochelys insculpta fly river turtle for few months. It seem the shell has a white patch. May I know how to treat it. Eating and other activity seem normal.

1. Tank size 3ftx1.5ftx1.5ft
2. Turtle size around 4inch
3. Water parameter. 0ppm ammonia 0ppm nitrite, 0.5ppm nitrate. Tank done cycle
4. Plant windelov fern and anubias nana
5. Stone using seiryu
6. Substrate fine river sand 0.2-0.4mm
7. PH 8.0, GH
8. Tankmate. 3 corydoras and few guppy
9. Filtration with seachem matrix and biohome ultimate and mechanical filter.
10. Slow aeration

Add salt, but this could be normal shedding. You can try to take out and gently scrub with soft toothbrush. Salt will prevent from infections.
