I would like to setup a system like this, the problem is my municipal water contains chlorimines. What could i use to eliminate them before they reah the tank. Would carbon remove them?

how do you get rid of chlorimines ??

they are not added to water everywhere but if they are added in your area they need to be dealt with chemically...eg prime etc:( :( :(
