How often to feed a wolf fish?

Any Hoplias species that I've had grew about an inch every couple of months... but, reds are Erythrinus species (E. erythrinus) and only grow to about 7". :)

I have a 5 inch wolf as well, but I am concerned it isnt eating. Will they only eat when Im not around or when its night time? I put some goldfish in with it but its in a tank with a 12 inch florida gar, 6 inch dempsey and 6 inch gold flake pike who all devour the goldfish, so i dont know if he ate or not...should I be concerned?
 
i used to feed my red fin wolf everyday :p
market prawn on weekdays, and feeder red fish or shrimps on weekend
