is that the beaut you got in from Miles? Crenicichla lucius...great pikes!! Here, I found yaz a few pictures and some info...they are a Saxatilis pike...so pretty much what they look like as juv. is what they will look like as adults. Generally...they will get more coloration, but it gives yaz a pretty good idea how they will look.
