Upon first glance, it looked rather reminiscent of some sort of Pseudolithoxus, or Lithoxus, or something of that sort; a wee bit of internet digging seems to show that the fish is a Paralithoxus of some sort; most likely Paralithoxus/Lithoxus sp. L431.
This link shows a similar fish with a faint greenish tint; I couldn't find any other image of a laterally-depressed loricariid displaying an iridescent green hue. Might not be looking hard enough, though.
Based on similar genera, they'd likely be rheophilic and would spawn in long, flat rectangular tubes perpendicular to fast current in soft, ~28C water with ample food.
Really stunning fish; shame they aren't a frequent export.
