It can be really difficult to tell with dats less than one inch. A nice yellow NTT can look amazingly like a clean three bar IT.

I would not say for sure, but I think that may be an NTT. The central bar is not quite wide enough, and there is no ghost fourth stripe.

Having said that, there seems to have been a lot of small dats come out of Borneo lately, with a fair proportion of clean-ish three bars.
