I’ve been pretty absent the past couple months. Our dogs had a litter of 10 puppies on the 4th of July. All went to their new homes this Labor Day weekend except the two we have gotten attached to. They are 9wks old today. The female is 10lbs and the boy is already 15lbs! I’m thinking he might get bigger then both his parents.

Oh my, so adorable at those ages!
Very adorable! Haha. But very destructive too.
My poor gardens have been taking a beating from having little ones that don’t understand boundaries yet. Hopefully the foliage damage won’t keep them from coming back next year.

Oh yes, I remember oh so well. lol Our last pup was great, no trouble from the get go, and still isn't. But those before him, quite the opposite!

Their mom was so easy. Never chewed anything she shouldn’t and potty trained so fast.
The last pup we were selling left yesterday, so this is my first day of just working on the two. I’ve never had to train two dogs at once so this has been different... a bit of a challenge for sure.
Still better then a Lab I had in the past. He pooped up the side of walls and ate two holes in the wall! He was something else. And after having him fixed he started to pee himself in his sleep. He was otherwise a great dog. Lol

OMG, LOL @ the lab "issues". I love dogs, ALL dogs, more so than most humans, but dang that lab might have pushed my limits with puppy love. lol
Haha, yeah he took me to the edge a few times. But he grew out of the bad behaviors. Just not the peeing himself. The look on his face when he’d wake up all wet was priceless. Lol poor boy.

My last rottweiler, Loki destroyed my house as a puppy and nearly broke my spirit. He turned out to be my best buddy. Then when he finally passed he broke my heart.
I'm without a dog now for the longest time I remember. I love dogs but I'm unsure if I can go through it all again.
