Yes, and meanwhile there is severe drought in much of the Amazon. I am living in Costa Rica at the moment and temperatures are a couple degrees above normal. But its much worse in Columbia and N Brazil: https://edition.cnn.com/videos/worl...rationing-due-to-drought-pozzebon-lkl-vpx.cnn

El Nino is cooking Southeast Asia as well. Rice patties drying up, Philippines had to cancel schools for the week due to high30,low 40s temperatures.
