Mystery plant

I have this plant in my aquarium and it's one of the few that has done okay. Unfortunately I don't remember what it was. Any ideas?

Are the lily pads coming from it or a different plant? If so, it looks like a tiger lotus (or similar).
If not, it could be a crypt.

Agree , looks like one of the Cryptocoryne varieties.
They have many color phases.

Sometimes if water conditions or light intensity changes, they will melt, but this doesn't necessarily mean they are dead, just recalibrating to adapt to the changes.
