Big shout out to Fugupuff and Jorge N NationWideAquatics for bringing these guys in. This little dude came in from nationwide aquatics Wednesday and I could not have been happier. Smooth process, perfect condition and larger than expected. He ate four pieces of shrimp for the first time today. Nice. I have been seeing a bit of these guys lately. Guy from Ontario had two and was decently priced.

There are some pea puffers for sale at coburg aqaurium now. I dropped in there today and was amazed to see them for sale as ive never seen any freshwater puffers in Australia.
Tiny things about as big as your little fingernail and $160 each, no idea if thats a reasonable price or not but its out of my budget!

Pea puffers. There's a farm down near coburg in Vic that was breeding them.
I think that keeping fish simple guy was breeding some up in brissy.
Wish there was more puffers we can get. Guess ill stick to toadfish

Hopefully they breed lots more and the price comes down, now my daughter wants some. I would like to set up a tank for her but not a t $160.00 each.
From what i have seen they are quite a cheap fish in most other countries.
Do you keep toadfish? I always see them bloated and dead at the beach but they do look cool.

Don't have space for a toadfish at the moment. Total pricks. Will bite the fins off all your fish.
