I just set it up today, just waiting for it to cycle, which I’ll be speeding up. I’m using a strong reef light for now to really get the algae growing, then I probably go with something a little dimmer. I’m thinking I’ll go with 3 or 4 of smallest types, maybe Stiphodon semoni, cuz of the small tank

The stiphodons will really enjoy and thrive in that setup.

I was able to “mature “ the tank really fast and have algae growing like crazy. The stiphodons arrived a little while ago. So I’m wondering, should I not clean the algae off of the front glass? I’m worried if I do I’m depleting their food source
