Hola,
More info will be needed. Is this a new tank? How long since set-up? What kind of filtration do you have, and how do you service it during water changes?
There should never be detectable ammonia.
Also, tank is about a 125-130gal, not sufficient for even one ray? (I don't keep rays, but other people here are quite knowledgeable). Regardless, 50% weekly water changes is most likely not sufficient.
The more info you give the more people will be able to help. Buena Suerte!

How often (and how) do you clean the filters?
50% water changes each week will not cut it. It may have been oK before, but not anymore.
What are your readings for nitrate? Again, any detectable ammonia is dangerous and should not occur if biological filtration is working properly. My guess is that a doubling (or tripling) of your water changes may be all is needed. Its is possible that uneaten food is getting into canisters, which if not serviced often enough, result in poor water quality. Prefilters on intakes may help.

Looking at its forehead I would guess it’s not been eating very well for a while it’s pretty sunken in.

Get your water where it needs to be and also try night crawlers sooner the better because there isn’t much time to waste. I try to make the pieces small enough they don’t have to try very hard to eat.

your ray just needs better water quality. As long as it’s still eating that’s the major thing. All of the water changes will not allow the beneficial bacteria to grow. Every time you do a water change add seachem prime and seachem stability. What I would do is do a big water change and add a lot of stability to increase the beneficial bacteria and leave it for about 3 days and then do another water change. Keep doing this until your filter can handle the bioload/ammonia the ray produces. But daily water changes will never allow the filter to cycle.
