Update on my VATF

Feeding 3 times a day and WC every week,
smashing floating and sinking daily and every Sunday they get shrimp as a treat! Blue background was in another owners tank and clear background is In my tank !

I'd feed him a bit less though he looks a bit more bloated than they usually do
I feed mine once a day about 4 times a week

I have my power head on for him to break his food down and keep him nice and healthy, just like us after a big meal a nice jog or walk breaking the food down helps a lot and that’s what I do for him to stay in solid shape
