Why not go with the 20' unit since that is what is available? Will give you more room to add more tanks and supplies later as your collection grows (I think you know it will! We all have the same sick passion in this group!)
I don't have enough room for a 20' container. EDIT: I don't think a 10' is big enough for 6 40s a 55 and a 300. I will have to figure out a way for 20' to work. I think it can be done, but it will be tricky.

I'm in shipping and logistics. 10' containers are rare, very rare actually which is why they are so expensive. I suspect you'll have a hard time insulating a container regardless of the size however.

Also you have access to a semi, the necessary trailer and a crane or forklift to get it off? It needs some big equipment to get the job done, these things are huge.

A greenhouse or a wood shed might be a good idea. A plastic greenhouse will be the cheapest option.
