Guess what monster fish this is

The tail seems too rounded and the anal fin seems to small and rounded for a channel so how about a white catfish (Ameirus catus)?
I would have guessed flathead but masteroffish already did.

my local fish store has that fish i just saw today!!!i thought it was the sturio but it isn't.

Wow, not a sturio, hmmm, how about the slender shovelnose (Sorubim elongatus)?

i dont think so....the p. sturio does not have a bent mouth like the one on th epicture, and i cant find a picture of this catfish anywhere.... hah..i guess it is the P. sturio. i just looked up the fish...

Out of the few pictures of stutios in tanks that I have seen a couple have had bent noses, I think it is a common injury in a tank. It has been a lot of years since I have seen a live one.
