:ROFL: that's the second time this week somebody accuses me of fake pictures. First that troll in the 'tall tank' thread and now you ;) Nah it's not fake! The background looks weird cause of the large aperture and direct flash. Makes it look like the background really isn't there.

i know the pics are real but that first one looks like 2 different pics put together. the outline of you and your lady looks like it got cut and pasted on a picture of the lake. it looks especially weird around your head

but it's probably just the lighting and the camera that you used

Yeah I know! When I saw the pic I immediately thought how fake it looked. The large aperture separates the background from the foreground a lot, and the flash just compounds the effect.
