sounds ok to me , surface agitation is good , provide aeration to the pond also a good indication to the flow when its time to clean up your filter

Damn.. I wait all day and the truck load of water they bring is chlorinated.. i filled like some 4" depth of water and was like whats that smell? told em to stop and bring ground water tomorrow..
