Thanks mate.. cheersWhat a great size tank/pond, I bet your aros will thank you for that!
i don't mean to alarm you, but my old fish died from big plants, they would swim through the big leafs, and the leafs would rub against there scales!I see my fish swim in and out of my plants all the time and they like it...? How would it seriously hurt the fish?
I've never seen leaves damage fish scales from swimming through them... what kind of plant are you referring to?what if the leaves rub against the scales. having a scaleless fish would be unfortunate.
Awesome pond, Kaya. Well done!

No pics but def an update.. somebody i think in the outdoor ponds forum asked about overflowing during the monsoon season.. well i said it wouldn't and it didn't but it poured like crazy.. the canisters were getting wet in the rain.. i got electrocuted touching the air pump.. that was totally stupid of me.. i was wet and the pump was wet ha ha ha.. switched off everything till the rain stopped.. the garden is flooded.. don't think we have to water for like a week.. the garage has like ankle deep water.. i was worried about the other little ponds but then jus a couple of days back i saw this 2 ft snake.. probably was a krait or a rat snake not sure.. and couldn't catch it.. so its probably around or i hope it moved out the same day.. gotta do some major damage control tomorrow..updates kaya, pictures please..
