Took me forever to go through 65 pages of thread! But your pond looks amazing! i envy you xD i just starded my baby aro community, they fight alot xD
but i hope when they get bigger instead of going to a bigger tank they get a pond, im already working on convincing my bf haha

Thank you.. all the best with your aros and pond for laters.. communities are more of a hit or a miss.. how many aros do you have??? keep em well fed and they will not usually fight so much..

we feed them 2x a day, before and after work usually shrimp, i had 5 but 1 didint make it :c he was bullied too much and was the smallest one. Thank you for the advice!

great.. you could prob start a thread on your progress with the aros.. pictures and all.. could be informative for a lot of people who want to start a juvie aro community..

hey rameez.. thanks mate.. the spider is actually a reflection of a cluster of leaves.. the dollars have put on some decent size in a month.. i'm guesstimating in about 6 months most of them will be big enough to be transferred.. just did the monthly 90% WC and clean up.. looks much better now.. will try to post a video tomorrow..cheers

hahaha leaves..i was curious to know how fast those silver dollars will grow coz i am myself am growing a shoal of 4 at the moment and want to increase it to about 8..but they are still small..i am sure yours will grow faster than mine..indian water..hahaha..will love to see some more updates...

ha ha.. the thing about these dollars is.. when they were in this other smaller pond.. with cichlids, pangasius and tilapia.. they hardly grew.. basically the question of food.. but once i moved them to their own tank.. they get enough food..filtration and temp.. so i guess thats why they've grown up..

early morning..Watch what happens from 1:40.. well watch the whole video.. it started as filming the oscars.. went round to have a look before i hit gym and the oscars came up in front.. was filming them and the rest.. and.. i've seen this before but never had a cam on hand.. don't know why the aros do it though.. this broke up quicker.. have seen them do a lil longer.. thats akira and gandalf.. my largest aros..domination probably..

bro.. finally.. the man and his pondarium that inspired me to start on my own aro pond.. thank you david.. i actually sent you a mail mate.. almost as soon as i moved the fish in.. thanks again for everything david.. ya i've been on the look out for some driftwood like that.. better than the fully submerged one cos my rtc owns the floor..
