Keep your chin up man, Its a "small" set back in the scheme of this build and you'll fix it I'm sure. Don't be hard on yourself...

Epoxy arrived today.

Timeline:
Tues - Will start with the thicker epoxy tomorrow after work, then if it hardens fast enough I will get a first layer of Max ACR down as well.
Wed - 2nd Coat of MAX ACR, and 2 layers of fiberglass and MAX ACR
Thurs - Final coat of Max ACR
Sun - Install windows

Leak test should happen around the 21st

I think you'll be glad your covering your tank with fiberglass. I did it that way for my 450 gallon. I put 3 layers of fiberglass and 4 layers of sweetwater. I didn't put fiberglass in the corners though. I just put silicone in the corners and they held great. My first test fill, no leaks. I have had my tank up and running now for 6 month and not a single leak or problem. Good luck in finishing. I really hope you don't have anymore problems.
