NGT's that I can't have

I went to my LFS in Quincy, (Lovely Pets) and they have 2 5inch NGT's and I have a tank full of rams... seriously thinking of scrapping the whole south american ram tank for one of these bad boys... How do these do in soft water?

each NGT is different i just sold a 15-16inch one and it was very peaceful

i find the ones with clear fins are more aggressive and the ones with black tail fin are more peaceful it maybe a male female thing one with clear fins maybe male as they also have more colour
 
I am glad to see this thread. I am about to pick up the NGT but I guess I pass. I do not want any more headache with aggression in my tank..
 
Got 1 in for a great price shipped at about 4inches. It swims a lil disoriented from the overnight shipment.

You got to love that red severum which light up some color your tank and nice looking NGT when more yellow shown up in the near future. Nice pick up.
