Sweet....I wonder if you can't put like a rock in the roots or something like they sometimes do with legit bonsai trees. I'll hunt up a pic to show you what I'm talking about. But it would look cool to see a mangrove growing around a rock, don't you think? I don't know if you could do it though. I've been freaked out about touching roots since Devin implied that I could kill it that way! lol

I placed my order last night! I'm so stoked! In 2-3 days, I'll be a mangrove mommy! lol!

I know what you're talking about, I'm planning on trying that once they're "very" established (not sure what that means yet, basically when I get the nerve, prolly a few more years)... But I may try some with the "elevated" roots.

Boy do I hear that! Its scary to put that little guy that you raised from practically nothing through all that stress...almost like its one of your pets. lol. I thought my privet was a goner a couple times over the winter and was so depressed about it! I did not know that about myself...lol
