Dead FH, Swollen stomach? Intestines?

PLEASE HELP
Dead today, I was totally shocked... two days ago i moved him to my growout pond, remarked as he looked kind of fat... he was still fighting and running with the big boys acting normal

is that the stomach? intestines? is it supposed to be full of bubbles like that?
Added metronidazole to the growout pond... how worried should I be of infection? is this a gut parasite thing? an inflamed organ? WHATTTT?!?!?!?

Im really stumped here guys help would be much appreciated

Looks like a case of bloat. Also, I would wager, some overfeeding.

I do not think you should worry about the other fish, but there are a lot of guys more knowledgeable than I in diseases ( among many other things, naturally )

Yea I agree, overfeeding and definite fatty organ deposits! In community there's always a fish that pigs out and eats the most, its always good to fast them a day or two every couple weeks! So sorry!

Depends on the size of the fish! The fish he had imo would he fine one 2-4x per week feedings.

what causes it (i mean besides overfeeding)? how could he have died this quickly? he only got fat this week
