Likely the $50 pleco is a L239 blue panaque. Definitely not likely to be a suttoni.

Ya i find this really confusing when referring to plecos because i know a bunch of the are referred the name with L and a few letters and numbers but i find the esay way is to separate the blue panaque from the blue eye by saying it is a blue eyed pleco and not a blue panaque. and sorry no picture i still don't understand the way you attach stuff on this website?

When i hear about "blue eye" plecos now i just assume its the bristle nose considering the panaque is hard to come by and the bruno is slightly harder to find as well.
