Oh, yes. I agree. If you want to keep these creatures for life, a pond or monstertank is needed, and a bare minimum is 10 x 8 feet. When you stated, "You need a 5feet plus tank) Then i though you ment you could use a 6 feet tank for life. I would have expected the Tiger Shovelnose, or rtc to devour an oscar, or flowerhorn. I dont see why anyone would buy an 5 x 3 feet tank, and then just be able to keep it for what, a 1 year, with execellent filtration, and not just get rid of it now. As you stated, a pond is needed for these monsters (Or a very large tank) And if you cant get an enclosure of atleast 10 x 8 feet, you just shouldnt buy these Things in the first place, with the plan of finding them a "good home", because its not gonna succed. 14 x 8feet would be so much better for an adult speciment.
