My channas

Yea its all based on supply and demand. Over here many ask for the giant species or the colourful ones. I tried ordering in Parachanna obscura and the owner said to come back only when i have an interest group.

Hopefully it won't be so heavily enforced in BC and hopefully no bad news appear, otherwise itll be banned for good!

And if the Barca is decently priced, i say go for it . Thanks for sharing that information! Always nice to learn something. Good luck on your Channa hunting .

In here ( bans excepted, it is exactly as DC describes. Only 3 or 4 guys, at the most. And we can order 1/4 boxes also, mainly from Glaser ( which isn't cheap ).

I would say that between Joao and myself, we may have 80% of the Channas in here...
