Pacman is washed up man; you can't claim he's as good as the first (second or third) time the public clamored and cried for this fight to happen. His last fights have been pitiful. He's waaaay past his peak and is only taking this fight for the money and a desperate attempt to remain relevant... Just like Stalone.

I think Manny will try to overwhelm Floyd with punches. It's a strategy that was used by Maidana and he had success with it against Floyd. Except while Maidana came straight at him, Manny's going to hit him from a bunch of angles and it's going to throw off Floyd's defense.
Floyd has more trouble against southpaws. Then you add that he's never fought a guy as fast as Manny too. I think Manny is going to break down Floyd's defense in the middle rounds and Floyd is going to start brawling in the later rounds like he did when he was losing to Juan Castillo.
Since Manny has more power and he's better at brawling, he's going to win most of the later rounds. My prediction: Manny wins by 12th round TKO or split decision.
If the fight turns out the opposite way and it's a lot of Floyd running and clinching and barely punching and Manny not being able to hit him, I swear I'm going to quit watching boxing.
