But yeah, it had espn and sportscenter and modern analysts and they talked about how rocky was old and washed up and he was going up against today's heavy weight champion and he just had too much power, too good an athlete blah blah blah and Rocky wouldn't last. then he lasted and everyone was happy, even the champ who couldn't put him away

This fight is a few years lat...if it even happens but I still wouldn't call either of the two washed up.
mayweather is the current pound for pound king and pac is still ranked right up there with the best of them at 140-147 pounds

I think there are a lot of ignorance in the failed attempts to make this fight happen numerous times
it was both their faults at different times. public perception has it that Floyd's the bad guy, he's scared and ducked back for over 6 years. manny is the good guy, always wanted this fight and did everything in his power

you thinking he's scared is probably due to public perception. you are part of the public. and the reason for mentioning public perception is because a lot of people will answer your question due to it when they've probably never researched the details of why the fight never happened sooner
no I don't believe either guy is scared of anyone in their weight classes
it's more of what people have stated, that the greed and corruption and egos and things like that is what stopped this fight from happening sooner
