A pair of my convict cichlids just recently laid some eggs in my aquarium... What should I do with the fry when they hatch? I definitely can't keep them all. Any ideas or advice? Thanks

I mean for the long term. I can't house 100-300 convicts. I will give some away but not many people want more than 5You can leave them in with their parents, or siphon them out place them in a separate aquarium. Btw if you remove them the pair will spawn again.
If you have hiding spots, you'll end up with grown up convicts pretty soon lol; they're terrific survivorsI just let them hatch and moved them into a Rubbermaid tub with the parents. The tub is 13 gallons with a sponge filter and an old 10 gallon heater that keeps the water at 78f.
I think I'm just going to feed them to my largemouth bass
