Have you ever used any chemicals in that tank for cleaning or what not? A lot of times inflammation like that is caused by something like that

Brine shrimp. Bloodworms. Spectrum pellets

This is possibly the case but make sure there is no chlorine. And declorinator your water with every water change. There may also be other aspects that are depriving your fish of oxygen

I guarantee I have TONS of oxygen and I use prime every week. I do 25%

I dont need to do gravel cleaning as everything sits on top of sand and I get that stuff every week when I do water change (20-25%)
