I am trying to decide between breeding lyonsi or red spotted severum.

Personally, I like the idea of lyonsi but I think red spotted severum might have a larger number of potential buyers.

What do you think?

You can't just breed two super reds and get more reds. You'll get regular golds, that's if both fish are fertile. Good chance that they won't be. For the sake of not wanting wasted time I'd go lyonsi.

the super gene in fish doesn't super-dominate anything you breed it with? Why do you get Golds??? That doesn't sound like a real "Super" gene to me

a REAL "Super" would make all offspring reds, red/gold or Super Red/Gold or a mixture of any and all
